The Missouri State High School Activities Association has authorized random drug testing. The say the 14.1% of 7th grades admit to consuming alcohol and by their Senior year that number rises to 58.5%. It doesn't seem that drugs are their concern, but their target is alcohol usage. What do you think? Should random drug testing be allowed in high school athletes?

How do I set up a drug testing system at my job? I am head of HR, so getting approval is already taken care of But I want to set up pre-employment drug screening testing using an off-site lab. If drug testing is not part of the terms of my probation how likely is it I will be drug tested? ive been checking in with my probation officer monthly by mail. i have to go in soon for my first three month check up. as i said in the title, drug testing is not a term of my probation, but i am aware i could be subject to drug testing at any time, as anyone on probation is. how likely is it i will be drug tested, and if so would they tell me before? someone with some actual knowledge about what i'm asking is preferred in answering. thank you!

What type of drug testing is required for a CNA class in California? I've signed up for a class that starts in mid August, and it is required that all students pass a drug screen. Does anyone know whether it is a urine or hair test? I ask because I smoked pot once a month and a half ago, and I fear that a hair test is required. If Obama becomes President, can we somehow insist that he goes thru mandatory drug testing during his term? When i asked what it was for, he replied it was to see how the medication I am taking is helping my body.
