Blood Drug Testing

What exactly does a blood drug screen test for?

I would like to know if a blood drug screen works with the same panels as a urine drug screen does. Or does it test for specific meds instead of coming up as a group like benzos. What is the difference?

1. to see if you have any illiegel drugs in your system
2. certain tests detect different things.. depends on how many test were requested.. they can find any illegal drug taken within a specific time frame..each test can tell how long ago you took each drug too.. very accurate if done within a 30 day period.. over 30 days, most drugs have dissapated and will be expensive to detect
