How long does it take weed to get out of your system to pass a drug test?

im a teen and i smoked with my friends a weekend ago...first time since liek a couple months. well our school has a random drug test for football, no pass no play. to everyone im a key player and it would hurt the team. i smoked 4 j's between 4 between 4 ppl. puff pass type thing, also one bowl. how long will it take to get out of my system?

3. It will take up to 30 days for the THC to completely leave your system.. If you need to take a drug test and fail, I suggest that when they ask you about it you tell them that you were at a party and some other kids smoked a few J's in the other room and you got some second-hand smoke fumes. They would not be able to tell if you are telling the truth or lying about it, so then they need to decide if you are really as valuable to the team as you say and let you play or not. Good luck!
4. at least 30 days and from what ive seen my friends back in high school do, drink lots of water and take one AZO a day ( you can find them in the drugstore) its to clean out your urinary tract...
5. If you are in good shape, and you have a proper diet, it could be out in a matter of days. The thc stores itself in your fat cells. If you drink lots of fruit juice, mainly ones with a high volume of vitamin c, it will strip it out of your system. Don't worry about it too much, since you play sports, you probably already have it out of your system. Just make sure you drink lots of liquids. Also try to take some sort of vitamin supplements, like centrum. It will only speed up the process. If you can drink enough liquids to urinate at least 8 times a day, you'll be fine.
6. If football were important to you, you would never have smoked the weed...weeks to get out of your system.
