No, home drug tests are not nearly as accurate as Lab ones. There is no "great" way to beat a drug test, drinking 1 gallon of milk and 1 gallon of vinegar in a 2 hour period 4 hours before the test will help mask this and give you the best odds of beating it.
If the person was actually clean, then yes they will pass. If they are not, then NO they will not pass. If that is the case they should be slapped upside the head for being a moron!

Not necessarily. Most such tests are not as sensitive as those performed in a laboratory. Also, the lab people are much more sophisticated about how people try to alter results and have taken measures to counter them.
