do home drug testing kits really work?

about to go to walgreens to get one. im curious how accurate they really are, or what the best brand is, but more than that if theyre really accurate. is because its a home drug test kit that its not as good as a lab piss test?

1. It's good, but not as good a a lab test... it does not cover the wide range of tests that a lab will do.
