At home Drug Test?

How accurate is an At home Drug Test that you get from the Stores? I got the one that could be used for Multiple things for my Mom . And I just want to be able to trust her .So please any help would be good. My mom was doing the Test .She has been a drugie for the last 7 years .We are hopeing this is her turning point .

1. They do a good job. Is Mom testing you? or you testing Mom?
2. Im not axactly sure wat kind to use but i do know they work pretty good and are accurate. I would use the more expensive kind if i were u cause u dont want it to show up saying shes not on drugs even though u are possitive she is on drugs. I HOPE UR MOM STAYS CLEAN
