Are blood pregnancy tests 100% accurate? ?

And how early in pregnancy can I get one? Thanks.

2. Hi!! Yes going with a blood test is 100% accurate. You can get one as far as I know at any time. Call your doctor, and set up an appointment. They might send you to a separate place to do. 4. Yes, Those are the most accurate test you can get.. Also testing can be done the day of a missed period..But also if you are having sex after your missed period you could still have a chance of getting pregnant... Not everyone ovulates the same time..Some women can ovulate and not have a period, Believe me i know that sounds crazy but a lot of women have had kids and didnt have a period so they didnt know they were ovulating.. And if you do a home test or a blood test the earliest they can tell something is if your Hcg Level ( which is a pregnancy hormone) is 0.5 which would make you at least 2 weeks along in pregnancy
5. They are a 100% accurate because the lowest traces of the human growth hormone can be found in your blood when it cannot be found in your urine. i think they said around 2 or 3 weeks is the earliest they detect it. Go to your doctor and ask them to run one if you're concerned.
6. yes they are 100% accurate the reason i say this is because i took a couple of pregnancy tests and they all came back as negative and i went to the doctor cause i had all the signs and they took blood and the next day they called and said i was 3weeks pregnant..so i would say wait on your first missed period and then have it done. good luck
