Blood Drug Testing

Which cancers can blood tests rule out?

Two bloodtests that included full liver panels, enzymes etc. Also a urinalysis showing normal kidney function. What, if any cancers can these rule out or atleast make unlikely? Specifically worried about cancers of Liver, Pancreas, Kidneys. 19 year old male.
