Blood Drug Testing

i am wondering about those home drug testing kits.can u help?

Ok i told my sister that is 17 and pregnant by a pill head that i see him snort an oxyconton pill and he told her i am a liar and his mommy went and bought a home drug test and they said he passed it. He just done that oxy yesterday and i know stuff like that stays in your system for 72 hours so do you think they really work or will it show up if he snorted the pill up his nose instaed of swallowing it? I believe she is believing the scum over me and the rest of our family. She is in no need of being with him or even being pregnant at 17 but what can you really do about it. It is her life but please answer this for me. Thanks
