is there a home remedy for passing a saliva drug test ? please help?

i need to take a saliva test but i've been smokin pot how can i get clean , ps i heard of vinegar and peroxide?

1. i guess you have to wait 6 months so it wears off, residue from pot stays 6 months, easier to leave it alone huh ?
