Blood Drug Testing

Just how sensitive are saliva drug tests on picking up marijauna?

I smoke the occasional marijauna just to relax i have maybe done it 2-3 times this month...I took the test at a job im applying for last monday...but i smoked the previous saturday night....i only took 4 hits and im not very big...meaning5'6 110lbs and from my own sisters previous drug history found out that body fat has a lot to do with obsorbtion.
