How can you pass a saliva drug test on short notice?

1. Easy: do not do anything illegal, do not use that bad stuff in the first place.
2. Don't do drugs....Duhhhhhhh
3. Same way you would try to flush your system for a urine test. Water, energy drinks, sports drinks, niacin tablets. Sorry about your rotten luck, hope all goes well :)
