How long does it take for valium to clear your system for a clean urine test?

I don't take valium on a regular basis but had occasianlly taken 1 10mg tab. aprox 2 or 3 x a week, if that, the last time I took one was Jan. 27th. (today is Feb. 2) I need to have a urine screen done for some medical testing and was wondering if it would show up in the testing cince it is something that is checked for in the standard test. Also is it true that a poppy seed bagle would also effect the test results for some drugs?

1. No poppy seed will not show up unless you eat about 100 bagels a day. The valium should be cleared within 7-10 days
2. Poppy seeds will make you test positive for opium/heroin usage. Valium half life is 20-100 hours.
