can you get pregnant with you tubes tied? are blood test for pregnancy 100% accurate?

i took a home pregnancy test and it came back positive. i went to the doctor and they did blod test and it came back negative. i have my tubes tied so i was just wondering if i could still get pregnant and if blod test are 100% accurate.

2. Blood tests are 100% accurate. That being said, I have known someone who had their tubes tied and still got pregnant... not sure how, but it happened.
3. I have my tubes tied and I just took a pt last month. It was negative so I took it off my mined. However, I do hear that a woman who has her tubes tied comes loose after 7 years but I dont know how true dat is.
4. I never knew you could get your blood tested for pregnancy..guess so..Anyway it is a very small chance of getting pregnant while having tubes tied. Id get another home tet just to see what it says. The dollar tree stores here have them for a dollar and they really work, but Im pretty sure the Dr's results are correct. You may have gotten a faulty test.
