Meaning of lab results: blood test shows high levels of sodium/calcium?

i had the test after a doctor looked at a lump in my groin/upper thigh area. what could these results possibly mean?

1. High sodium level usually indicates dehydration or water loss. You need to have the results from the full chemistry panel to see the whole picture. Why not ask your doctor?!
