Whats the best way to clean out my system and assure I will pass a drug test?

I used oxycontin on Thursday around 5pm and have a drug test saturday at 4pm. Whats the best way to clean out my system and assure I will pass the test. Drinking gallons of water might make the test dilluted.

Unless, of course, you were prescribed the oxycontin. If you were, bring a copy of the prescription along with you to the drug test so they know it's in your system for medical purposes.
