How to pass a hair drug test?

My husband has to pass a drug test for work. They go back 90 days, but he's only been clean for 30. He's shaved his head once, and he shaved his entire body. Has anyone ever been in this situation? If so, did you pass your test? Also, any other advice? Thanks!!

3. Mostly the reason for a pre employment hair drug test is that it must be a very good job for it is an expensive test. The Hair test can go back up to 8 months it takes about a half inch of hair for every 3 months of usage (if your hair is over a half inch its possible to test further). Shaving your head and body are red flags to the person preforming the test and they will go back further. Usually they only go back 3 month but its not uncommon to test up to 8 months ago. The longer they go back the more expensive the test. I have had to take two hair test in the past 10 months for probation reasons becuase they thought I was diluting my urine samples but were not sure.
