1. There's nothing you can do. The drug stays in your system for up to and over a month, no water or anything can flush it out! Sorry
2. this is gunna sound crazy but.. drink a pint of melted hagindaz or benand jerreys take abunch of multivitamins more specifically niacin take shots of vinegar and orange juice and drink like 2 gallons of water and piss Alot I passed a piss test one day after ... once your piss is lime green your good to go lulz (don't make a habit of doing this little procedure)
