How invalid will blood tests/lab tests be if labs were drawn 30 min. before the official 12 hour fasting period had been reached?

2. Shouldn't make any difference. The number is a bit arbitrary. If your glucose is under 100 anyway, you're good. If it's 300, another half hour of fasting wouldn't have made it normal. If it's 110, I guess you might wonder whether it might have been 100 and normal otherwise.
