What are all the types of tests they can run to find out if you're pregnant?

5. Urine is the first line, then blood test. They can also do various exams, a vaginal with a speculum to look at the cervix will show a pregnancy, a vaginal ultrasound and a regular ultrasound. If you are far enough along they can listen for heartbeats.
