how soon will a blood pregnancy test be accurate?

It has only been 5 days since the unprotected sex, but I know im pregnant. There is no mistaking it. Even my mom who had no idea I had unprotected sex asked me if I was pregnant and said that I am acting just like I did at the beginning with my first. I am puking so bad. All day. And sleeping everytime my son naps. How soon can i get a blood pregnancy test?

I honestly think it depends on the person, I had a blood test 5 days before my missed period due to the fact I was going to have a abdominal CT scan, it came up negative and I was not satisfied I just had a feeling so I took a home HPT it was positive told the hospital (they did not believe me of course) so they gave me a urine and it was oh yes positive (they could not explain) Same thing happened to a friend of mine!! So I think blood test can be inaccurate to early..
