Is it accurate..blood pregnancy test.?

I had a blood pregnancy (actually a serum test, they still drew my blood and seperated it and used the serum to do the test with) test done on monday and it was positive and I was due for my period either tuesday or yesterday and still no period....so this defiantly means i'm pregnant right? it's still considered a blood pregnancy test.

i'm not sure what a serum test is. the usual blood test for confirming pregnancy is a Beta HCG which measures the amount of HCG in your system. These are extremely accurate (alot more so than a pee on a stick test) which is why you could pick the positive result up this early. So yes you are absoloutely definitely pregnant. Congratulations
If you had a positive blood pregnancy test and you did not get your period as expected, you are definately pregnant, congratulations! You can buy a HPT if you want for further confirmation.
