Yes. It is considered extremely accurate.

Yes. The only way for it to be wrong is if it's amazingly early in your pregnancy (like maybe 3 weeks or less) or if you took some sort of pill with hcg in it, which is highly unlikely.

yes it is, A blood test can detect the smallest amount of the pregnancy hormone in your system before it shows in your urine.. Unless for some reason the blood test was taken too early and you got a negative result.. If you got a positive result there is no way your not pregnant..
For the most part yes...It's more accurate then the take home test as well as the test given in the doctor's office...

NO, I would have said yes until I was given a blood test and it came out negative. Four weeks later I got a positive hpt. I was spotting at that time and had an ultrasound done. The ultrasound showed I was eight weeks. So doing the math I was four weeks pregnant when given the blood test. Go figure.....sorry ladies they can be wrong too!

Labs and lab technicians can make mistakes. however I would rate blood pregnancy test as about 99.9% accurate.
its like 99.9 percent they may be a problem with the test but they are almost always right
