What's the worst that can happen if you test positive on a drug test?

I do not consider myself a drug user at all(i use marijuana maybe once a year). I do not have an upcoming drug test or anything, I am just curious that if you just took a drug test and tested positive, are there any legal ramifications? Besides maybe being denied a job, can they arrest you or charge you with anything for testing positive? Thanks!

1. No, you can't be arrested for testing positive for cannabis (in the context of say an employment test). The worst thing is that you'll be denied a job, be terminated or be placed on probation. But you won't face legal charges for testing positive on a tox screen (on a pre-employment type test).
