How long does it usually take for a urine test to come back to the employer?

I took a urine test for drugs on Thursday. In order for my orientation to be on the 9th, my employer must receive the test by tomorrow. How long does it usually take for a drug test to come back to the employer? If it's not in tomorrow, I have to wait for my orientation. It wouldn't be until the 23rd. I took it at Quest Diagnostics.
