how accurate are the home drug tests?

Im 5'9'' 125 pounds, im skinny, have a fast metabolism. im active and i do not really have any body fat. i was a daily smoker. i gave myself a drug test and it was negative. I smoked a joint a week ago. have been clean for a week. i have been drinking alot of water and juices. I have to take a drug test at work in 2 days. will i be ok?

1. 30 mins b4 the test drink gatorade mixed with powder jello the jello encases all the stuff in your stomach so all you pee is the Gatorade
2. Mail a sample to the lab, so you can be sure. Most home drug tests come with free lab verification.
3. I think they're quite accurate. I recently tested myself and the test material was said to be accurate down to the level of .50. If you are D.O.T. certified, you'll need to be below .15 and that will require a lab or chromatograph test. Good Luck!
