Blood Drug Testing

Would I have to get drug tested or submit to a blood test after getting hired?

I'm a recent college grad and i just got hired for a job. My question is, what is the insurance policy for typical employers? I only ask this because i want to smoke some weeeeed but i don't know if i should because i wouldn't want the insurance company to have me submit to a drug test, blood test etc.

1. Depends on the company. some companies require random drug testing, others may require on only once after they offer you a position. Really, can't you lay off for a few months, then you'll be able to know their policies.
2. It is very possible. No one wants to hire a pothead. It is time to grow up and give up weed. It can ruin your life.
