I went to the clinic and had tests including hiv blood tests now i'm scared?

won't get my results for another week or so and i can't go on.how easy is it to catch hiv? i'm from england and born here,but i have had relationships with people from africa and asia.

1. Sadly, it's very easy to get HiV from anyone, regardless of where they are from (but Africa is a major risk), if you don't use condoms. Unprotected sex these days with multiple or new partners is like playing Russian roulette. Sooner or later that bullet will have your name on.

4. As a healthcare provider I can tell you that if you had unprotected sex you have put yourself at risk for all std's. I know the wait is difficult, but this is a good time to make yourself aware of this anxiety, and vow to never have to go through it again. Use protection everytime. How 'easy' is it to catch hiv? As easy as having sex.
5. Don't listen to these idiots. HIV is not the easiest to get and it's even harder for straight people. Having unsafe sex on a regular basis will always result in trouble but if you've only had a few moments with a only a few people I wouldn't worry. A lot of doctors don't even bother giving HIV tests to monogamous straights. Relax. You're probably just fine!

7. I can relate i have been wiht seven guys two unportected which wasa stupid so I to got tested for hiv and it came out negative just relax.
