Blood Drug Testing

Where can you go to get a blood pregnancy test, and how much will it cost? (uninsured)?

I've already called all the health departments in my area, and none do them. Also, I've called all the clinics. (including Planned Parenthood) None do blood tests. I need to get a blood test, because I have a kidney condition that doesn't filter out the hormone in my urine.

  1. not real sur , but 2 of my gf had to have that done brb
  2. Go to the ER and say you are sick and ask for a blood pregnancy test. They cannot turn you down just because you do not have insurance and you will know if you are pregnant or not 45 minutes after they draw your blood.
  3. At my doctors office they do the blood test as part of their fee for your prenatal care. I am also uninsured and am making payments to him for his services. It is more expensive but if you have a kidney condition you will probably be labeled as a high risk pregnancy and have to be under an OBGYN's care anyways and not a nurse practitioner(which is what you would get at the health department), so why not just start there. When you find one that you like, when you call to make the appointment let them know about your condition and that you are uninsured usually they are pretty good about working with you because they know how important prenatal care is. You may be eligible for state insurance so look into that as well. I had state insurance with my second one and didn't pay a dime for the pregnancy or birth so it is definitely worth checking out.
  4. I would say that you could go into any walk in health care clinic ( which usually is fairly inexpensive.) Good luck sweetie.
  5. wish i could help. Here in Australia you would just go to the local GP and have a blood test and its all FREE! Thank you medicare! Australia's health care system RULZ! Free medical no matter who the hell you are
  6. At your doctor will be the best place to have one have you checked with state aid since you are uninsured or your local hospital lab for blood work If you have that condition and your doctor knows about it then they have to test you that way. it should not be that expensive.
