Blood Drug Testing

If i have positive pregnancy test should I verify the pregnancy with a blood tests.?

Im asking this because my friend thinks that my mind could be playing tricks with me and im not really pregnant. Im just wondering should I get a blood test done even though i took numerous home pregnancy tests and they all positive even the one I had done at the pregnancy clinic. I'm just really concerned and want everything to be okay with me and my baby if I am pregnant.
