Blood Drug Testing

How long does Tramadol/Ultram stay in your system? And will it show on a blood test?

My fiance hasn't taken it in three days, but has a blood drug test coming up and was wondering if it would show up. He has a prescription and the employers know about it, but we were just wondering. Thanks!

1. It is water-soluble and will exit your body in about 4 days. Just don't take another until after the test and you're ok.
