Blood Drug Testing

My husband has liver disease he has had blood tests today and has GGT 498 and AST 324 how bad is this?

a year ago he only had 20 percent of his liver left so we know it must be worse by now as he is still drinking up to 6 litres of cider a day and or tins of strong beer, how bad are these results ?? He refuses to stop drinking and is abbusive says its to late anyway

3. Yes that's real bad. tell him he has to kick the drink or he is pretty much dead.
4. Yes bad get him some milk thistle tablets they help repair liver damage if it's not got too far that is. Here's hoping for best outcome.
5. such a shame, i hope he isnt too young? offer him bribes ie you detox, you do summit for him, he goes rehab, you give up smoking (thats if you do!!!lol) etc etc i dont believe its ever too late for rehab as he helps in most ways, 20 percent of his liver thou is pretty bad and i'm not entirely sure it'll ever get majorly better but there is always room for improvement! another thought, is there reason behind his drinking, abusive child hood, bad experience trying to forget?there usually is reason to rhyme if so maybe counselling may help:) either wayn hun, i hope you both find the answers your looking for :)
6. very bad. normal ranges: GGT(alt) 21-72....SGOT(ast) 17-59. he is drinking himself to death.
