Blood Drug Testing

Q about blood/drug testing?

I just called from a job telling me they would like to hire me...its for a jewish home. They said they will be doing PPD, drug test and blood testing...does that mean that its a blood drug test? Or could they be checking other things in blood (like if I have Hep B shot?)
