When can you take a pregnancy blood test?

I started my period on the 4th and it ended on April 10th. My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex since yesterday. Last night I got stomach cramps and it felt like I was going to start my period. The morning my nipples are sore not really the entire boob. It just hurts if I press on my nipple. Can I take a blood pregnancy test now? Or do I need to wait until May to take it?

1. No, u need to wait till May. I think the signs u got were ovulation signs. So if ur trying to conceive it's the best time to, or u might have conceived. U can't take a test prior to 2nd of May.
2. you should really wait until at least the first day of your missed period. technically, even if your love making last night will lead to conception, you are not pregnant yet. Sometimes it takes 2 days for fertilization to occur, and then it's still a while before implantation occurs. Blood tests test for the same thing urine tests do; HCG levels. you body will not have had a chance to produce any significant amount of HCG, if any until a couple days before your missed period.
