What medical lab tests should I include in an annual medical examination?

I am a mid-20s female who wants to include a couple medical lab tests in my medical examination? There are so many diseases out there. The standard one offered is too expensive for me to afford, so I am asking for suggestions on those deemed very important (besides blood sugar and urine tests).
