how long does it take to get blood test results back when you want birth control?

i'm going to get tested soon to hopefully start birth control and i was wondering how long it usually takes to get the results back? i'm going to a planned parenthood and i want to start BC as soon as possible, so knowing how long it takes for the blood tests to run will help me plan a little better. i'm hoping to get yaz

1. Depends on what tests they might run. Some come back in a day, some take 3 and cultures can take a week. As far as I know, however, you should be able to get the pills right away.
