Can getting IVIG affect the results of blood tests?

I just received a gamma globulin injection yesterday and I made an appointment to have blood drawn today for autoimmune diseases, but I'm wondering if the gamma globulin I received will change the results?

1. it might since ivig is used to give the immune system a boost, I'd tell the person taking the blood just to make sure the doctor's office knows.
