Will exercising/working out impact any components of my blood test results?

Will exercising/working out impact any components of my blood test results? I'm 18 and male.

  2. not in an compositional way... getting healthier will probably lower your blood pressure if its high... and the level of oxygen being carried in your blood may increase but thats more a function of increased amounts of iron then it is a direct benefit of exercise...
  3. Are talking about immediately afterwards? During (and right after) exercise your heart rate and blood pressure increase significantly. And depending on how long you exercise you may "hit the wall" which happens when your body depletes its glycogen stores. If this happens your blood glucose concentration would be very low.
