1. They sell drug test kits at walmart. Depending on what your testing for or how many drugs your testing for the price goes up but they accurate.
2. yeah, they have pretty good ones at walgreens for all different drugs. they are pretty accurate in most cases but there's always some kinda way to get around one. some of the at home ones for weed are very sensitive. i quit smoking for 3 1/2 months and still popped positive on one before so do be careful.
