Blood Drug Testing

Have you ever used a Home Blood Type Testing Kit?

If so were the results reliable? I need to know my Blood Type and I can't find a record of it anywhere and I don't feel like shelling out a ton of money for a test at a doctor office or clinic. I start an externship at a hospital coming up and the hospital needs to know my blood type and I can't find a record of it.

1. I haven't tried one, unfortunately. However I believe they are fairly accurate if correctly used. Of course, a reliable way to find out your blood type for free is by donating blood. Is there a particular reason you need to know your type? Hospitals won't believe you if tell them if/when you need a transfusion. They always re-test on the spot or use universal donor blood (O-) anyway. Non-medical references to blood type (diet, personality, etc) are usually bogus.
