is the initial immunoassay screening in a lab as accurate as a home drug test?

i bought a home drug test and it came up negative will the initial immunoassay screening at the lab come up with the same results or no>?

  2. no, labs reduce the risk of cross contamination, or problems, plus do the test multiple times on the same sample. you, at home, do not!
  3. Depends on what they are looking for, but in most cases the lab test is more sensative and can detect smaller amounts of substances than a home test!
  4. For THC (cannabis) Home test-50ng/ml Immunoassay- 50ng/ml Confirmation -GC/MS , LC/MS/MS ect..- 15ng/ml If you fail Immunoassay they must to do Confirmation test. Do you use 1 pee of the day ( That is when your urine will have the highest concentration of THC metabolites)? Yes- you will pass No- check again
