Blood Drug Testing

What causes painful swelling of the hands, numbness in the toes? All my blood & cardio tests are good.?

I have been waking up with swollen hands for awhile and now my hands are swollen throughout the day, becoming painfully so. My toes & feet used to get numb, and now they are getting swollen, too. I have had tests run, blood tests, cardio tests, etc. Everything looks good. Myy diet has not changed. I am looking for some other direction to find answers for this in. Any ideas?

  1. First stop the sodium in you diet. All salts. Sodium promotes swelling. It also sounds like you amy have very poor circulation. Start wiggling your toes and fingers throughout the day to help the circulation. Good luck.
  2. You could be eating too much salt or sugar, or you could have a sensitivity to salt and sugar. If it's becoming a problem, ask your doctor for a water pill. It's harmless and will make you pee a lot, but the swelling with stop. Good Luck
  3. Do you have any other health problems? Any other symptoms that aren't related to this (depression, reflux, asthma, etc)? What medications are you on? Some others have listed salt intake, and I certainly think that you should reduce salt, it will help reduce the swelling, but too much salt is not causing your problems and this is not a normal thing to happen. Especially if you're having numbness with it. Have you spoken to a doctor about the numbness? I accept private messages if you have any questions.
