Can doctors test for cancer and brain tumors just from a blood test?

i'm pregnant ever since i got pregnant i have had nuttin but panic attacks and bad pressure in my head, not head aches or bad pains just a load of pressure, i been to the doctor time to time and they leave it all cause of panic attacks. All they do is blood wrong and since cancer and brain tumors run in the family i can't help but think that this is whats wrong. other people say its just cause of this pregnancy, or migrains and sinuses i just wanted to know, if a doctor can reall test for cancer and brain tumors just threw a blood test and how, cause i need to find out whats wrong and get it to go away, the family that im am dieing is always there and im scared , i wake up not breathing, i have trouble breathing and all along i have this bad pressure all over my head, i cant sleep when i do i wake up cause of pains.. please help

1. Only in one case. prostate cancer can be detected with a womans pregnancy test. If you make a blood test that can detect cancer then you will make alot of money
