How accurate are blood/home pregnancy tests after about 3 months of suspected pregnancy?

jess - why wouldn't it show accurate results? what is your reasoning behind that?

1. They should be accurate, and it should be easy to tell if you are pregnant. You will already have a belly, you should be almost through with morning sickness, and you are through with your first trimester. Answer mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090911133635AARNUVD&r=w
2. There should be no reason a test wouldn't show positive if a woman was 3 months pregnant!
