Blood Drug Testing

I have a question about home drug tests!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!?

Lets say i take a home drug test bought at walgreens that specifically tests for only thc. It comes up abnormal, so it is sent to a lab for testing. My question is, will the lab test for ONLY thc or for every drug? I don't want them to test for every drug, that's the thing. it's not my choice what to test for. it's my parents.
