Blood Drug Testing

Can uterine cancer cause positive pregnancy test? I have had 3 positive pregnancy tests through blood work?

I have had 3 pregnancy blood tests with hcg levels of 8.5, 8.3, then 8.2. What causes this? HELP PLEASE! All of the tests were done within 1 week. Dr. says I am NOT pregnant? Is there anything else that can cause a blood pregnancy test to be positive besides pregnancy?
