how accurate are pregnancy blood test done 30 days after sexual intercourse?

. my last regular period was dec. 13, 2008. i had sex jan 1. Im feeling up to now all the pregnancy sysmptoms such as headache, bloating, breast tenderness, sensitivity to odor, . I had numerous HPT done last one was jan 30. all came up negative. I had blood test done jan 31 also negative. I had pelvic ultrasound same day result shows multifullicular ovaries and normal uterus size. I overly stressed coz i live in the middle east where they put to jail unwed mothers. Am i pregnant

1. Here in the U.S., blood tests are extremely accurate. I would think that 30 days after sex, it would be nearly 100%. Good luck!
2. Rest assured you are not pregnant. The blood test are 100% accurate, so are the ultrasounds.
3. Blood tests are 100% accurate from 7 days post implantation so if it said negative at 30 days then you are NOT pregnant.
4. I would think you are not pregnant. Blood tests here are pretty accurate. You should not be having sex if you are so worried. Especially unprotected sex. STD are pretty easy to catch.
5. I think you are just stressing out and that can make you ovulate at irregular times. I am so sorry for hearing about what they do to unwed mothers. A little unfair. Maybe you are just ovulating due to what you said about your ovaries. Try taking a another preg test in week. If that is negative I would say you are not pregnant. Take care.
