How long do blood tests take to reveal pregnancy?

I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests that both gave a positive, so I went to the doc's and he confirmed that I was pregnant before he even tested himself...it has been 2 weeks since I have heard anything from the office (other than when my first prenatal will be), but I really don't feel like I am pregnant? would he have gotten the results from my blood and urine tests yet?

1. Blood tests only take 2 hours & pee tests 1-3min, you should just call :)
2. Usually it only takes a few days or so for the dr to get the results. But if the dr already confirmed your pregnancy, then maybe thats why he isnt calling you. Usually the hormone can be detected through a blood test 10 dpo, sometimes sooner.
