How do you pass an alcohol saliva test?

Just out of curiosity, I am not an alcoholic I would just like to be able to have fun on occasion and know that I can pass if test. Is there anything you can eat or drink or do to help you pass?

1. An alcohol saliva test checks to see if there is currently alcohol in your system. It isn't like a urine analysis which detects metabolites of illegal substances consumed in the past few days. Anybody who would be doing an alcohol swab just wants to find out if you are drunk right now. They don't care if you consumed alcohol yesterday while you were at home. As long as you don't go to work drunk, you're fine.
