How long does it take to get blood test results back?

I just went to my OB/GYN and he took some blood to see if I am pregnant (my urine tests are coming back neg. but I am having symptoms). How long does it usually take to get the test results?

2. I wish I knew, I get my blood test Fri. I was hoping it was instant considering waiting is can be torture. How late are you? Good luck!
3. you should hear something tom. they usually only tak 24 hours, depending on how back logged the lab is.
4. They usually recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours for test results. Often times the doctors office has to send the blood off to the lab and that can take a day or two.
